1. I hereby submit to you for publication the attached articles, stories and/or photographs. In this document the following words have the stated meanings:
"I and myself" means me, the undersigned: and
"the publisher" means the publishers from time to time of the Magazine 'Aussie Boar Hunters' (including associated publications and media) and includes their heirs and successors; and
"documents" means all of the articles, stories, drawings, photographs and other works submitted by me to the Publishers; and
"the Magazine" means the publication known as "Aussie Boar Hunters" and
associated publications, and includes without limitation any associated website.
2. I understand that the Publisher will decide, in their sole and absolute discretion,
whether to publish all or part of the documents submitted and hereby authorise the Publishers to edit and publish the Documents in any way or by means of any media which the Publishers decide, in their sole and absolute discretion.
3. I say that:
(a) I am the true owner of all copyright in the Documents; or that
(b) I have written permission to submit the Documents to you for publication
from the true owner (copy enclosed): and that
(c) the events described and depicted in the Documents are not to my knowledge
illegal.
4. I hereby irrevocably:
(a) indemnify the Publisher in respect to any and all claims of liability or for
compensation, profits or damages (including without associated costs and
expenses) suffered by or incurred by the Publishers arising from the publication
of the Documents (or any part thereof) and irrespective of who makes such a
claim, including without limitation myself; and
(b) release the Publishers from my claim arising from the editing and /or publication
of the Documents.

Copyright in the photographs and articles published in this magazine remains vested in the authors of those works subject to the licence to reproduce given to the publishers of this magazine.
